CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL LAW
The Corporate and Commercial Law Department specializes in the support of our commercial and corporate Clients in the Portuguese context.

LABOUR LAW
The Labour Law Department, provides services in labour contracting and similar situations, collective bargaining and labour relations, disciplinary procedures and redundancies, arbitration and administrative offenses and other labour disputes.
The advice on redundancies and restructuring is provided in coordination with the Restructuring and Insolvency Department.
CRIMINAL LAW
The Criminal Law Department specializes in supporting our Clients, assuming their defense in any procedural steps, such as during the Investigation; Instruction; Trial and Appeal.
It also provides Client representation in any judicial department or instance.
CIVIL LAW
The Civil Law Department specializes in the support of our Clients in all areas of civil litigation, including:
Preparation of civil contracts; condominiums; Leases; Eviction; Compensations; Traffic Accidents; Pre-litigation and judicial Charges ; Credit recovery; Insolvency.
INSOLVENCY
The Department responsible for the advice in the pre-insolvency stage; driving and monitoring of Insolvency Proceedings, with accompanying administrator activity of insolvency, Impeachment and granting of credit.
NOTARIES AND REGISTRIES
The Department responsible for carrying out the assigned services to lawyers in the framework of Decree 76-A / 2006 of March 29t, on its own powers within the notarial function.
FAMILY LAW
The Family Law Department specializes in supporting and representing our Clients, in the following situations:
Regulatory actions of Parental Responsibilities; Child maintenance; Judicial separation; Divorce litigation and / or by Mutual Consent; Wills; Judicial shares and / or extrajudicial; Successions.
TAX LAW
The Tax Law Department aims to give a practical and effective response to all tax issues, like Tax Litigation, Tax Audit and Financial Consulting.
